RECIPE:
– 500g Cauliflower
– 1Tbsp Coconut Oil
– 1 Egg Yolk
– 1/2 Brown Onion
– 200ml Coconut Milk
– Salt&Pepper to season
To Serve:
– 200ml Cauliflower Soup
– 1 tsp Chives
– 1 tsp Toasted Black Sesame
– 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
– 1 Drizzle Cold Press Olive Oil
– Flaky Pink Salt to season

* Caramel Top:
100g Caster Sugar
30ml Water
*Custard Mix:
80g Caster Sugar
3 Whole Eggs Plus 1 Egg Yolk
1/2 tsp Vanilla Paste
450ml Full-Cream Milk
* Caramel Cage:
100g Caster Sugar
3. Chicken Burger
Little throw together,
Freshly picked veg from my garden. Lightly salted them to add flavor.
Simple chicken burger and I curled the fries myself.
4. Pasta and Bolognese
First attempt at home made pasta and first attempt at bolognese made with real mince (I usually use quorn mince as I hate cooking from raw meat). The pasta doesn’t look good but tasted good. The bolognaise was lush.
5. Jacket Potato
Rate my plate….. Made all by myself. Jacket potato with prawns, cheese, pepperoni, tomato, beetroot (not pickled just cooked) and finally duck egg
6. Chicken curry
Lock down curry. Totes from scratch chicken curry, corrianda rice, fried okra with chaat masala seasoning, veg samosas and parathas (ok the last two were cooked from frozen)

7. Spaghetti al Peperoncino!!
I Love cooking this great Italian Classic!!
I used 8 ingredients for this dish!! Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Flat Leaf Parsley, Garlic, Red Chilli, Chilli Flakes and Spaghetti!! Grated Parmesan and Pecorino Cheese is optional.

10. Cochinita pibil taco
For Cinco de Mayo
Slow cooked pork shoulder. Marinated for 24 hours in orange and lime juice, achiote paste, garlic, salt and pepper.
Served with salsa, guacamole and pickled onions.
RECIPES/INGREDIENTS
2 OZ Achiote paste (mexgrocer)
1 lime juice and orange juice 1 cup each
White vinegar (1/2 CUP)
2 Table spoon of Mexican dried oregano
Kosher salt, 2 teaspoons
Boneless pork shoulder, cut into 2″ pieces
Two(2) fresh banana leaves
Water to be boiled.
1 Plumpy Thinly sliced onion and cloves of garlic as much as you want
Bay leaf and habanero pepper (thinly sliced)

I also made slow roast belly pork, Jersey Royal potatoes, carrots, runner beans, cauliflower, apple sauce, gravy and crackling. Not bad for a Tuesday dinner. Hang on, it is Tuesday isn’t it?
Vegetarian pulled Pork with Bao buns and schikira sauce. Really tasty too!
